To All Business Operators and Consumers:
To thoroughly implement the requirement of "strengthening the protection of ecological resources" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Symposium on Promoting the Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast China in the New Era, and in accordance with the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Wild Animals of the People's Republic of China and the Plan of "Clean Breeze Operation 2025" of Heihe City, the relevant matters are hereby warned and admonished as follows:
It is prohibited to sell, purchase or utilize wild animals, plants and their products.
It is prohibited to produce or trade in food made from wild animals, plants and their products.
It is prohibited for trading venues such as online trading platforms and commodity trading markets to provide trading services for the illegal sale, purchase, transportation, carrying, delivery or other utilization of wild animals, plants and their products or prohibited hunting tools.
It is prohibited to consume terrestrial wild animals with important ecological, scientific and social values protected by the state and other terrestrial wild animals.
It is prohibited for flower, bird, fish and insect markets, farmers' markets, rural fairs, shopping malls and supermarkets, pet trading markets, catering establishments, e-commerce platforms and other entities to conduct any form of trading activities of wild animals and plants and illegal trading promotions.
It is prohibited to use words such as "game" and other words containing wild animals and plants in store signs, menus and commercial promotional advertisements.
All business operators and consumers are requested to consciously abide by the laws and regulations on the protection of wild animals and plants, and not to participate in or consciously resist illegal acts such as illegal hunting, killing, selling, trafficking and purchasing of wild animals and their products. The general public is welcome to exercise supervision. If any illegal trade of wild animals, plants and their products is found, please call 12315 in time to make complaints and reports. The market supervision department will investigate and deal with such cases in accordance with the law in a strict and rapid manner.
