More than 300 participants attended the program, including management and staff of major scenic spots, travel agency directors, tour guides, tourist fleet drivers, and young cadres of the Administrative Committee.

At the opening ceremony, outstanding representatives of the cultural and tourism industry were commended in a centralized manner, including Excellent Employees of Scenic Spots and Excellent Tour Guides in the cultural and tourism system of Wudalianchi Global Geopark for the year 2024.

On the basis of the original training scope, this program expanded its coverage to young cadres recruited in recent years. Centering on the development needs of the tourism industry in the new era and the practical work of cultural and tourism practitioners, the training content covered professional knowledge including tourism policies and regulations, tourism reception etiquette, tourism safety management, tourism industry service standards, fire rescue and medical emergency rescue, as well as professional knowledge such as the volcanic landform knowledge of Wudalianchi, tour guide scripts and tour guide service skills.

Upon the completion of this training, all cultural and tourism practitioners will take a unified examination. Only those who pass the examination can obtain the qualification certificate and engage in tourism service work.
