Rhododendron (Latin name: Cuculus canorus) is a species of bird belonging to the genus Rhododendron, also known as Guo Gong, Cuckoo, Dove, and Kagu. Basically distributed throughout the country. The head, nape, back and wings of young birds are dark brown, and each feather has white end margins, forming scaly spots. The head, neck, and upper back are dense, and the lower back and two wings are relatively sparse. The inner side of the flying feathers has white horizontal spots; the waist and tail coverings are dark gray-brown with white end margins; the tail feathers are black with white end spots, the rachis and both sides have white spots, and the outer tail feathers have larger white spots. The chin, throat, side of the head and upper chest are dark brown, mixed with white patches and transverse spots, and the rest of the lower body is white, mixed with dark brown transverse spots. The iris is yellow, the mouth is dark brown, the base of the lower mouth is nearly yellow, and the feet are brown.
