On Nov. 26th two global Geoparks in northern andsouthern China- Wudalianchi Global Geopark and Leiqiong Global Geopark, held asister park signing ceremony of cooperation in Haikou Scenic Zone of LeiqiongGlobal Geopark. These two geological parks reached agreements in six terms ofcooperation including popularization of science education, sharing of researchresults, tourism development and networking, and to promote exchange anddevelopment between the geological parks. The two parks cooperation includesgeological heritage protection, popular science education, geological tours andWorld Geopark network construction.
