On November 5, the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE for short) kicked off grandly in Shanghai. As the first major economic and diplomatic event held after the successful convening of the 20th Plenary Session of the 4th Central Committee, this year’s CIIE, themed “New Era, Shared Future”, attracted 4,108 foreign-funded enterprises from 155 countries to participate in the exhibition.
