I. Limited reservation and orderly open scenic areas:
Since opening up on March 27, Wudalianchi UGGp has been opened free of charge to health care workers nationwide within one year. All health care workers can visit scenic spots in Wudalianchi UGGp with valid documents and free tickets. Pre-service epidemic prevention training was conducted for staff of all open scenic spots in the park.
The visitor center of the park was opened simultaneously with the major scenic spots to provide guided tour services, tourist consultation, route design, and epidemic prevention and publicity services for the tourists. Visitors wear masks and queue up for body temperature measurement, registration orderly. Although it is an epidemic period, as the weather warmed up, visitors in need of health care treatment tour from Shanghai, Beijing and Harbin will return to the park.
The park will make use of the newly developed "time-sharing appointment management online system" on the coming of May Day holiday in 2020 to make time-sharing appointments, advance announcements and reservations to enter the park.
The park stipulates that the number of tourists received must not exceed 30% of the approved maximum carrying capacity, so as to guide the tourists to enter the park at intervals and travel avoiding high peaks, and make sure that the epidemic prevention is in place and the tourism is safe.
II. Normalization working way of prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic：
“Longjiang Health Code” has become the basic proof of public travel, traffic control, resume work and return to school. Park uses "Longjiang Health Code" based on real data, everyone through WeChat to declare relevant information to generate "Longjiang Health Code".
In view of the village and the community to adopt the grid management way to advance, each grid director through the WeChat way to explain to everybody how to apply for the Longjiang health code gradually realizes all the living residents' health code application full coverage.
The park strictly observe the entrance gate, community gate, home gate, comprehensive strengthening of personnel control to ensure that prevention and control of the epidemic. Set up two control stations, vehicles entering the park in accordance with the local vehicles and vehicles outside the two channels, one by one inspection to confirm that there are no abnormal conditions before entering the park. Civilian police and volunteers on duty 24 hours a day, focusing on check external vehicles, taxis and passengers.
Vans supplied with goods are checked by community workers, after the inspection, the staff attached the seal to the door and told the truck driver not to get off, left immediately after unloading the cargo to ensure that infection rates are reduced.
Actually, the situation of every front-line staff member affected the hearts of all sectors of the park community. Many units, communities and the masses spontaneously went deep into the epidemic prevention and control check stations, cordial condolences to front-line staff. III. The role of female representation：
At present, there are many female fighting day and night in the epidemic prevention and control line. All the women in the community, the hospital, the CDC and other frontline personnel in the prevention and control of the epidemic, in the work they are dedicated staff, back home, they are also the mother, daughter and wife, they have different identities, but they face the difficulties and guard our health and peace. They display the charm and grace of women in the new era with their commitment and duty.
IV. Resume school and class：
In order to ensure the safe and orderly resumption of classes, the park for senior high school graduates prepared masks, disinfectant, ultraviolet disinfection lamp, body temperature gun and other epidemic prevention supplies. The school has set up health records for faculty members and senior students, and a 14-day isolation period has been completed for returning students outside the province.
After school starts, students are tested for body temperature three times a day, and the classroom, dormitory and canteen are disinfected twice a day. The dormitory was adjusted from 6 per bed to 4 per bed now, widening the distance between beds.
In addition to schools, professional experts in the park will also open various courses to teach online, caring for the mental health of those who do not leave the house during the epidemic period. For example, every day between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., photographers Mr. Guo Bailin and thousands of film-makers share their photography skills on the internet through Wechat group.
