10 am, September 11th, the grand opening ceremony of the 1st HeiHe Cultural Industry Expo & the 4th Beian Cultural Industry Expo was held in BeiAn city, which sponsored by the CPC Heihe Propaganda Committee Department and undertaken by the CPC BeiAn Municipal Committee and Government. Representatives from WuDaLianChi Global Geopark arrived to BeiAn to attended the Expo.
With distinct regional characteristics and rich activities, the Expo is a centralized display and review of the development achievements of the cultural industry in HeiHe. It has very important significance in strengthening contacts and exchanges of cultural industries in different places and boost the high-quality development of the cultural industry.
Tourism products exhibition area and agricultural products exhibition area are settled along the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street sub-venue separately from north to south.The tourism products exhibition area was divided into the county (city) district exhibition zone, intangible cultural heritage exhibition zone and handicraft exhibition zone, about 60 booths are settled in this area, which highlighting the integration of culture and tourism and branding characteristics. 8 traditional delicacies from HeiHe, 15 categories of intangible cultural heritage products not limited to straw weaving, sugar painting, Mammy paper-cut and mullet embroidery, and 47 cultural artworks such as jade artwork, colored glaze, agate and rare stone ornaments were presented centrally.
