The first science popularization activity themed on Little Science Popularization Volunteers was held in the scenic areas of the Geopark on 11 May. 21 students from the First and Second Primary Schools took part in the activity. Six little guides gave a lively description of the geo-tourism culture of their hometown. Their wonderful performance was well received by tourists and they became a beautiful scenery of the Geopark.The Museum of the Geopark has trained over 100 excellent little science popularization volunteers in the passed 6 years. The Education Bureau and the Museum of the Geopark have carried out unitedly such science popularization activities as Nature Science Popularization School, Rocks mini-Classroom and published science popularization books named Travelled at Wudalianchi with Volcano and Holy Water Springs and Keep Close to Nature and Come to Wudalianchi。
